Shipping policy

At PEIXOTO, each order is handled with care and attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, PEIXOTO takes responsibility and will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please contact us at orders@peixoto.ca  within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping Delays

PEIXOTO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. PEIXOTO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
